Revitalizant EX120 – Automatic Transmission Additive for Shudder Elimination & Metal Restoration is a high-performance additive designed to rebuild, protect, and extend the life of automatic transmissions. Formulated with Extreme Action 120% Revitalizant®, this 8ml syringe delivers a concentrated dose of active agents that restore worn metal surfaces and eliminate shudder in gearboxes holding 5–8 litres of oil.
EX120 works with all types of automatic transmissions, including CVT, DSG, Tiptronic, Steptronic, and more. It forms a diamond-like ceramic-metal coating that reverses wear, smooths gear shifts, and protects against future damage.

How It Works
EX120 targets high-friction zones inside your transmission. As it circulates, it rebuilds worn surfaces atom-by-atom, filling scratches and restoring geometry. The revitalizant catalyzes carbon absorption, forming durable metal carbides that bond into a gradient ceramic-metal layer. This coating resists wear, heat, and pressure—ensuring smoother operation and extended gearbox life.

Application & Dosage
Ensure the syringe is at room temperature. Add the full 8ml directly into the transmission fluid reservoir. Drive normally; revitalisation is complete after ~50 hours of operation (~1,500 km or 950 miles).
