Unstable operation of the cooling system
Malfunction of the cooling system is indicated by unstable temperature conditions, such as overheating or lower than needed temperature and slow warming up.
The problem can also be caused by unstable operation of the radiator as well as by inner and outer contaminations such as dirt, leaves, soot and others. Inner contaminations lead to reduced fluid circulation or even to its stop and are indicated by warming of the radiator only in its upper part, while the lower part is cold. Outer contaminations decrease the efficiency of cooling due to counterflow of air or an air flow from the fan.
In order to fix the malfunction, a complete flush of the radiator is advised.

Engine overheating may be caused by the low amount of coolant in the cooling system, leaks in connection hoses, gaskets, radiator core, and radiator reservoir tank.It is recommended to use Stop Leak Radiator to remove cracks and defects up to 0.9 mm in diameter. If these are larger than stated, then the parts should be replaced.
Proper functioning of the cooling system depends on the condition of the thermostat, sensor of the fan operation and on the properly sealed reservoir tank. If there are some defects in these mechanisms, they need to be replaced.

Application
Warm up the engine up to working temperature, the engine should be warm but not hot. Shake the can thoroughly. Switch off the engine and pour the product into the radiator tank. Start the engine and run at tick over for 5-10 minutes with the interior heating turned on. To protect against future cooling system leaks, use the product immediately after changing the coolant.
