Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.
Dispatch days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Weekend orders ship on the next working day.
Delivery Services
All orders are shipped as follows using trusted UK carriers:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – typically 1 business day
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – typically 2–3 business days
- DPD Local Next‑Day – next business day delivery (mainland UK)
- Evri Economy – available for non‑hazardous items
A tracking number is provided for every order.

- Free UK shipping on orders over £50 (optional; remove if not desired)
Hazardous Goods
Some XADO products (oils, additives, aerosols) fall under limited‑quantity transport regulations. For these items:
- Certain couriers may be restricted
- International shipping may not be available
- Age‑verified delivery may be required
If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you before dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using:
- Royal Mail International Tracked (EU)
- Royal Mail International / DPD Classic (Worldwide)
Delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. XADO UK cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
