REVITALIZANT® EX120 for diesel engines.

EX120 Revitalizant is designed to restore, repair and protect all diesel engines. including high-powered and turbocharged engines, against metallic wear and tear.

The gel forms a new cermet coating on friction surfaces (the engine parts grow in volume, restore their original geometry).

As a result a renovated unit exceeds the performance level of a new one and will last 2-4 times longer.

General characteristics of the cermet layer:

  • microhardness – 750 kg/mm2
  • high corrosion resistance
  • roughness Ra up to 0,06 mkm


Processing of the engine with the oil system 3-10 liters.

Step 1: Squeeze out the contents of one tube of EX120 Revitalizant into the oil filer of the engine warmed up to the running temperature. Start the engine and let it idle run for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2: Repeat the Step 1 after 62-155 miles.

Step 3: Repeat the Step 2 after 62-155 miles.

The treatment is complete after ~1,000 miles

  • Do not change the oil until thetreatment has finished
  • New engines with less than 20,000 km (12,500 miles) of run should be treated in one go
  • Revitalization is considered to be completed after approx 1,000 miles
  • The treatment can be applied when the engine is idling (4 hours idling is equivalent to 124 miles)
  • Overhauled engines should be treated in 3 stages according to the normal procedure.
  • New engines should be treated in one step – 2 tubes at one time
  • The protective cermet coating forms on any working mechanism; if the mechanism (engine) is in a badly worn state, the worn parts should be replaced


During the engine operation cylinder piston group in area of upper “blind” spot, the details of  Variable Valve Event and Lift (VVEL), slider bearer of bent  and countershaft. 

Revitalizant contains constructional material which takes up the wear of details. Due to revitalization on the surface of friction pair a new multifunction gradient covering is formed with the number of necessary character rating and strenuous conditions. The details of the engine increase in volume by returning everything that was worn in the process of exploitation. This is an effect of repairmen. Obtained cover has unique properties:  more solid, corrosionproof, low gritness. After revitalization details of engine reliably will serve up to 2-4 times longer. This is an effect of protection from wearing-out. 

Due to revitalization of an engine significantly increases and aligns compression in cylinder, reduces fuel consumption, increases adhesion and coasting of car, restores of  oil pumps, turbo sites, axles and linings, cylinder bearing surfaces, removes ovality.  An engine will work quietly and without any vibration.  Due to revitalization it can be kept in a perfect condition.

    Great product. I know about these things, as many years ago somebody said something about Xado. I like my cars since i have been driving. Did a bit of digging on the web and treated two of my cars and works perfectly. Much less vibration in the cabin and the gearbox revs in less rpm. Ohh i also had the automatic treatment tube. This car is a 2004 volvo s80 d5. Did a great job.

    Absolutely the best item on the net for protection of your engine, this my second lot due to a timing tensioner bending in my engine due to a so called fitter what put the tensioner in the wrong way which then caused a loud knocking noise and slapping noise in my engine I thighs the engine wasn't running correct but now sorted but bought some more of this just in case of damage inside plus last time I was getting 600 mile a tank of fuel by the way I have a VW T4 so I didn't think twice about getting this again I would definitely recommend this product and no I don't work for the company I'm just a VW T4 owner .... Spot on guys keep it up with this stuff your doing a great job thank you ....

    I put this in my mondeo 2.0 tdci which had a bad smoke problem after xado had worked it's way round engine it reduced the smoke but also seemed to run quieter and with small power increase and diesel consumption was better would recommend to anyone even if car has no problems I have since bought another car and am going to but some more

    Little miracle U read it u undo it u put it in and hey presto noises disappear almost immediately well recommend.
