Revitalizant EX120 for Automatic Transmission & Worn Metal

Extreme Action 120% (EX 120) Revitalizant rebuilds, repairs, and protects automobile transmission metal. It starts by filling in any scratches or worn surfaces in the transmission (gears, bearings, distribution blocks, clutches, etc), restoring geometry and reversing wear. EX120 then coats the treated surfaces with a self-regulating layer of ceramic-metal to protect the transmission from future wear. EX120 works in all types of automatic transmissions including Tiptronic, Steptronic, CVT, DSG etc. The best part about EX120 is one treatment lasts for 62,000 miles!

No matter how well a transmission is maintained, high heat and friction causes metal to become worn, scratched, and deformed over time. The destruction of the surface layer occurs in high-friction areas, where entire groups of atoms – clusters - may tear off under extreme loads. Until now there was no way to reverse this inevitable metal wear.


EX120 starts repairing scratched and worn metal as soon as it is added to an automatic transmission. Revitalizant acts as a catalyst for rebuilding and repairing metal in areas of excessive thermal energy. It activates the absorption process of carbon through the surface layer which results in the formation of metal carbides. Revitalizant rebuilds metal at a molecular level, atom-by-atom. A new durable protective coating is formed with the help of carbides and metal particles. Because it has a self-regulating maximum thickness it does not cake. Diffusion of the protective layer into the metal results in an extra durable gradient coating with positive pressing stress forming along the entire treated surface in the final stage of Revitalization. The treated metal is now rebuilt and protected with diamond-like film of ceramic-metal, resulting in smoother operation and longer life.

Ensure the syringe of Revitalizant EX120 is at room temperature so the contents flow freely. Add the necessary amount of the revitalizant into the transmission fluid reservoir. Drive the car normally. Revitalization is considered to be complete after 50 hours (approx. 1,500 km or 950 miles) of transmission operation.

A decrease in noise levels from the very first hour of operation is a sign that the revitalization process has begun.

Some automobiles with excessive transmission wear may require an extra dose of EX120, especially when improvement is noticed then symptoms return.

Revitalizant is compatible with all types of fluids for the automatic transmissions: Dexron®, Mercon®, Mopar®, CVT, etc. It does not enter into chemical reactions with transmission fluids or change their viscosity, friction or other physical-chemical properties.

The protective metal-ceramic coating is formed on any operative mechanism, however, if the state of the mechanism (part) is in critical condition (100% wear), the worn part should be replaced.

    Recently bought a Honda Jazz CVT 7 Sport, ( 72k miles ) started to vibrate / Judder when setting off. Heard about this stuff on the forums and ordered one. Didn't think it would work but squirted it in the gearbox and set off within 3 miles the judder was a lot improved 5 miles later it has completely gone. going to change the cvt oil when I have done the 500 miles it recommends for treatment. but will be adding another tube of this black magic stuff to the new oil.

    ok i was skeptical even with the tons of comments here, that this is over exaggerating and totally BS. i am so glad i was so wrong! even after the first 100km the baby did his trick and the gearbox is so smooth now, not even when i bought it was so smooth! Honda Fit 2003 with shaking on heavy load and start up.

    Fantastic product which solves the Honda Jazz dreaded CVT judder. Shame Honda couldn't build 2004 CVT's better but thank goodness for Xado. Also used engine treatment on my Jazz which has now done over 130,000 miles and still doesn't use any oil between annual service. Great..Jazzman Ed

    Bought this to see if it would help with judder on a Honda Jazz 2005 which was getting progressively worse especially when starting under load on hills. Within 10 miles of adding this to the gearbox the juddering was completely gone and remains so. Wonderful.

    EX120 was recommended to me by some servicing staff to see if it would remove the juddering starts that had developed on my 2004 Honda Fit import auto transmission, especially on inclines. I had replaced the auto fluid with no success so thought it worth trying. Unbelievable instant change! I have been driving the car for about ten hours since and there has been no sign of the juddering at all. If the effects last for a reasonable length of time, this product is a brilliant item to be aware of. Highly recommended, especially for the purpose mentioned here. Huge thanks!

    Totally recomand for Honda Jazz CVT automatic!!! I have tested it for Honda Jazz/Fit CVT automatic and I couldn't believe the result: all the symptoms went away - the dealer wanted 2000 E for gearbox and computer and all it needed was...a few ml of Xado!!!

    I have used the Xado engine as well as the automatic transmission treatment. Described as 1 Stage Revitalizant for the engine and EX120 Revitalizant for the automatic gearbox. I added them to my 2001 Honda CRV, which now has 157,000 miles on the clock, as exhaust emissions were starting to rise. Xado was a recommendation from a friend. I have had good results, so far so good. The engine definitley is smoother and responsive. The results were more were more pronounce after adding the product to my gearbox. Overall I am very pleased. Well worth the price.
