The hydro pneumatic suspension fitted to Citroen automobiles which powers the suspension, power steering booster and the brake system, uses mineral hydraulic oils. These special hydraulic fluid oils have a wide temperature range due to high viscosity level. The oils are traditionally green in colour which helps to distinguish them from other automobile hydraulic fluids (oils, brake fluid etc.).
