Xado Metal Conditioners
XADO Metal Conditioners are designed for use in all types of Petrol, Diesel and LPG engines. As with all our other products, it is added to the vehicle's existing oil. All XADO Metal Conditioners are compatible with all other engine products and oils.
All Xado Metal Conditioners and engine treatments will provide immediate benefits such as reduced fuel consumption; thereby saving fuel, reduced vibration, increased compression, reduced exhaust emissions, but more importantly they will restore the internal working parts of any engine or industrial mechanism without an expensive and costly repair.
How XADO Technology Works?
XADO is a Natural product that is Environmentally Friendly. It is a form of ‘NANO Technology’; the process takes place at an atomic level, but produces macro effects.
- Whilst under load, the surface coating of metallic parts starts to wear wherever friction occurs. The atoms of metal break away from the surface and become suspended in the lubricant. In certain circumstances, whole groups of atoms (clusters) could break away under extreme loads. There could be up to 3 grams of metal in the used oil, and the loss of 60 grams is irreplaceable for an engine, rendering it unfit for further use. Wear leads to power loss, compression reduction, considerable noise and increased level of CO and CH in exhaust gases.
- When XADO is added to the lubricant, the lubricant acts as a carrier. XADO is NOT an oil additive!! XADO does NOT change the characteristics or viscosity of any mechanical oils, greases or fluids in any way, unlike other additives that do. However, we do use the oil or grease to initially DELIVER XADO to the moving parts of your engine or machinery.
- Once there, the heat and friction created by the mechanism's moving parts trigger a process which removes and cleanses any non-metallic matter that is present on the friction surfaces; the revitalizant then acts as a catalyst to activate the process of carbon absorption by the surface layer and as a result, metal carbides are formed. Once the carbides have formed, the heat and friction created by the mechanism's moving parts triggers a process which atomically bond with the microscopic metal particles that are suspended in the lubricant and incorporates these particles back into to the main metallic structure to form a new, a very hard (ceramic / metal) CERMET protective coating, which is three timers harder and stronger than the original than the original metal structure and extremely smooth.
- The newly created CERMET coating* (see definition below) has a unique characteristic: Cermet is extremely hard (5-6 times harder than steel), highly resistant to corrosion and is very smooth (the friction coefficient is reduced by between 100-300 times). The reduced friction coefficient increases performance, and because of the CERMET layer, the REVITALIZED part or mechanism is superior to the original.
In appearance, the CERMET is a smooth, glassy surface. In physical structure, a metal strengthened by metal carbides and carbon. The carbon content achieves its maximum on the surface, transforming it into a diamond-like film. Thus, the result of revitalization is the extra hard surface layer on the relatively soft, flexible base - an almost perfect strengthening that guarantees the increased resource life.

The process of revitalization has wide ranging applications.
In engines, because we know that all the engines and their associated equipment have a similar fundamental design concept (i.e cylinders, pistons, crankshaft bearings and fuel pumps etc.) all lubricated by oil or grease, then if revitalization works in one type of engine we know it will work in all types of engines, whether it be Petrol, Diesel LPG or Marine fuel oil and regardless of the type of engine, cubic capacity and manufacturer.
In fact XADO Revitalizant will achieve the same result in any mechanism or associated equipment as long as it contains metallic moving parts which are affected by surface friction.

XADO treatment is extremely simple to use. In engines, you just add the required amount of revitalizant to the existing engine oil and run the vehicle or engine in the normal way. You do not need to change the operating procedure. As soon as the engine begins to operate, revitalization will start to occur.

XADO Engine Flush Treatment
Every driver knows that an oil change without oil system flushing results in a worsening of oil detergent and protective properties and a quick lifetime reduction. The new product XADO Total Flush is a modern oil system flush which, quite apart from its excellent detergent properties, has a piston ring anticarbon effect. During the flushing process, revitalizant contained in the product forms a protective layer and restores abraded metal particles which sediment in used oil.
Total Flush is recommended for gasoline, LPG and diesel engines — even for turbo-supercharged ones. You just need to pour the product into the oil filler neck of the engine and let the unit operate at idle for 10–15 minutes or drive 20 km. In order to reach the piston rings' anticarbon effect you need to drive 150-200 km in normal mode.
A 250 ml can of the cleaner is sufficient for one flushing treatment of the oil system with a capacity of 4-5 L.
XADO 1 Stage Transmission Treatment
A new product has been released in the third generation line of 1 Stage revitalizants: 1 Stage Transmission gel-revitalizant for gearboxes.
This product has an improved formula and is characterised by high effectiveness and rapidity of action (high speed revitalization).
Already after 1,000 km of run, a gearbox, treated with 1 Stage Transmission, is completely revitalized.
The new product is universal and can be applied to all mechanical transmission units: transfer cases, differentials, wheel reduction gears, distribution gear boxes, and manual and automatic transmissions of all types.
1 Stage Transmission gel-revitalizant for gearboxes has modern design and is packed in 27 ml tube in a blister and box. The content of one tube is sufficient for the treatment of units and assemblies of engine with an oil system up to 3 L.

XADO at SIA 2011 Motor Show
On May 25-29 the 19-th International SIA-2011 Motor Show took place in Kyiv. About 500 companies from over 20 countries have gathered at the exhibition this year.
As always, XADO took part in this show. Traditionally, several presentations were shown on XADO’s stand. The visitors’ attention was mostly attracted by the new products – Metal Conditioners with Double Effect Revitalizant. These products improve the lubricating properties of oils and modify the friction surface due to the revitalization effect.
Another good news for the visitors of the show was that the product XADO Gel-Revitalizant for Gasoline Engines had been officially certified byTÜV, the most authoritative European organisation, again.
TÜV reconfirms the effectiveness of XADO products
The most authoritative non-governmental organization specializing in technical supervision of output products – TÜV (German - Technischer Überwachungs-Verein) has confirmed the quality of XADO products again. Technical specialists of TÜV have stated that “Gel-Revitalizant for Gasoline Engines” completely meets the claimed consumer qualities:
- increases compression;
- increases engine power;
- reduces fuel consumption;
- decreases exhaust emissions.
These results are registered in the TÜV certificate, the validity of which may be proven at the website of the organization.
Xado Motor Sport receives a new rally car for 2011
On April 06 the presentation of new cars of the XADO Motorsport Team took place at “Avtograd” in Kharkov. For the first time, the journalists and visitors could have a kind of rally car test drive as a navigator with the pilot Stanislav Besedin – the champion of the Ukrainian Rally Cup 2010.
The team’s fleet replacement and the pilots’ promotion to the highest classes is the next steps to compete for the championship of the Ukrainian Rally Cup.
The Cup 2011 is opening within the framework of the traditional rally “Chumatskiy Shlyach” on April 16 in Kherson. Six stages are planned in all.

New package for Xado Atomic Metal Conditioners
The main new development of the season, ATOMIC METALL CONDITIONER, now two variants of package – a trade and a gift one.
An ordinary trade package is a rectangular box. Along with retail outlets it will be sold in vending machines. A gift variant is more stylish due to blister and original design and contains a souvenir: a keychain and a USB flash drive.
We would like to remind you that four kinds of AMC have been produced in this series. These new products differ in purpose and grade of revitalization effect (RF - Revitalization Factor).

From now on, Metal Conditioners solve two tasks simultaneously: the traditional one – improve lubricating properties of the oil, and the new one – modify friction surfaces (due to the revitalization effect).
4 types of AMC are produced in this series. The new items differ in purpose and degree of revitalization effect (RF – Revitalization Factor). Revitalization Factor is an efficiency index of restoration and protection of the engine against wear. Depending on the necessity, you can choose the product with RF equal to 5,5, 33,0 and 100,0. Xado Atomic Metal Conditioner (AMC)
Traditional metal conditioners are the products of auto chemistry, which are introduced into motor oil. Their main purpose of the application is the improvement of oil lubricating properties. The oil film with metal conditioner possesses high durability and creates conditions on the metal parts’ surfaces which protect them from wear. The disadvantage of traditional metal conditioners is the absence of an aftereffect that is the effect is no longer maintained with the oil change.

The greatest world event in the field of auto parts and automobile service – the international fair Automechanika 2010 – was held in Frankfurt on the Main. This exhibition takes place in the middle of September, once in two years. Automobile industry representatives from all over the world come here to demonstrate their best achievements. This year, 4471 companies from almost 80 countries took part in the forum, and the exhibition area occupied 270,500 m2.

TÜV Thüringen, Germany one of the worlds leading inspection agencies confirms the effectiveness of Xado.
XADO revitalizing claims were extensively tested at the TUV testing center the Technical University of Zwickau, Germany. Over a period of several months TÜV Technicians tested, recorded and compared engine performance before and after using XADO.

"The London Ceremony Bus" Company is not in London, but in the Belgian town of Kapellen.
They company have a fleet of rare London buses for hire and due to their age the vehicles require regular servicing and inspection every 3 months.
The London Ceremony Bus Company approached XADO due to problems with worn steering bearings. The bearings needed repair, but the cost would have been prohibitive.
By using XADO Restoring Grease the all bearings were restored to their original and thereafter XADO Protective Grease was used to maintain the units in good operational condition.

XADO MOTOR SPORT
On the 5th and 6th of September XADO Motorsport took part in the second stage of the Ukrainian championship “ERSTE – Mountain race” in Sevastopol. Their debut was a success!
Kirill Chmykh, achieved the best result in the class A2 qualifying rounds and achieved a 1st place podium finish and Stanislav Besedin, took the second place.
In total XADO Motorsport gained 22 points which ensured the first place in the team event.

On the 15th of April XADO MOTORSPORT was presented to the worlds media at the “XADO-Service” autocomplex.
The team drivers are Nikolay Chmykh and Stanislav Besedin. They have both shown their superiority on the track on several occasions during the Ukrainian autocross Championship and winners of Ukraine (2004-2007).
Nikolay Chmykh, driving a VAZ-2108, using XADO oils and treated with XADO compounds, won all three stages, Stanislav Besedin came third.

The results move him up to fifth in the Club Class standings, just six points behind the third placed driver after eight of 12 rounds.

XADO began its Exhibition season in Leipzig, the trade fair city.
AMI - Auto Mobil International Automobile exhibition took place between 14 - 22 of April.

Xado UK and JH Motorsport make podium position at Croft. The team competes in the BARC Formula Renault championship and produced a strong performance despite the rain and testing conditions.
JH Motorsport use XADO Atomic Oils, Gel Revitalizants and Greases and the distinctive XADO livery on James Heffernan's car reinforced a strong partnership with XADO.
James had to start at the back of the grid due to major problems with his helmet visor during qualifying. He commented that "qualifying for both races in only 1 session was interesting as I couldn't see much at all! I was only able to finish four laps during the qualifying session, so it left me with a lot to do in the races!"

International Motor Shows
One of the largest and most famous exhibitions in Eastern Europe – the 14th International auto show "SIA 2006" – took place at the National complex “Expo centre of Ukraine” in Kiev from 23 till 28 of May.
At the same time another large auto show – “Minsk auto show”- was held in Minsk.

OPEL General Motors Approves Xado Motor Oil

The clock placed in one of the towers of the Jesuit Church in Grodno (Belarus) was made by the German watch-makers in the second half of the 17th century.
The similar clock is presented in London Science Museum, but it does not work. One of the earliest anchor mechanisms of William Klement was applied in this clock.
